4. Enquiries and Communication

When you submit an enquiry, the relevant vendor or service provider may contact you using the details you provide. Clubuz is not responsible for the quality, availability, delivery, price, conduct or performance of a vendor or service provider.

5. Membership and Payments

Vendor membership fees, when applicable, are displayed before payment. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Clubuz may receive payment status, order ID, payment ID and transaction details for record keeping and support.

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund/Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use Clubuz to upload unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, abusive, infringing or prohibited content. You must not attempt to damage the website, bypass security, collect information without permission or interfere with another user's account.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Clubuz owns or has permission to use its website design, branding, text and software. Vendors and users remain responsible for the content they submit and must have the necessary rights to use it. By submitting content, you allow Clubuz to display it for operating and promoting the platform.
